Strininging for Tennis elbow?
For Tennis elbow, apart from low tension(55 I think) string, I came to know that one has to string from individual packets as against common coil as the raisin on the packaged coil absorb the shock better. It is very interesting and if anyone can add to that , I would appreciate that. I also wonder about the efficacy of shock absorbers and having a double grip for Tennis elbow.
Most importantly, you may need to have a pro help you with your technique. Low tension should help, but more importantly, you need a soft string. Gamma makes a string called TNT RX. The RX as in prescription rx is designed to reduce shoch to the arm. I used to use it simply because it ws the softest string, and I loved the feel of it. Try it out..
