How reliable is tennis-warehouse?

Do babolat racquets from tennis-warehouse come pre-strung?
Do they sell authentic racquets?
Do they ship products to Europe?
Where are the babolat racquets sold there made?
Do Babolat racquets made in China and sold in tennis-warehouse are authentic (like the one nadal uses)?
How does their demo program work in Europe?
I mean can you return something? If yes, in what condition should it be to be accepted back?
Which racquets have written on them “Made in France”? Only those the pros use?

tenniswarehouse.com is a terrific site for tennis equipment and accessories (and no, I am in no way affiliated with the company). I’ve gotten my tennis bag and dampeners from them, as well as shoes and grips. And there demo program is terrific. So yes, perfectly trustworthy site.

Do the Babolats come pre-strung? No. They go to the warehouse completely unstrung. When you order, you can have them strung for you before they ship to you. There’s always a basic string type that comes free with purchase of the frame, but you can choose from pretty much any string that they sell. And you specify the tension.

And yes, they do ship to Europe, but the shipping costs might be a bit high. Don’t really know about that one. You can look at their shipping details on their site.

As for where the Babolats are made, well China, the same place all Babolats are made, because tw sells genuine stuff.

~I know that everybody is suddenly suspicious of stuff made in China. And sure, it does seem to be the origin of a lot of fake or sub-par stuff. But fact is, many legitimate companies have stuff made there too. Just because it says “made in China” doesn’t mean it’s no good. If TW sells it, you can be guaranteed that it’s legit. You really only have to be weary of fakes on auction sites like Ebay, or places like Amazon where there are a lot of private sellers.
