http://www.tennis-warehouse.com/descpageMSBAB-BPULSE.html
im not considering wearing them for long distance
because i have running shoes for that
but you know, typical running done during tennis practice
back and forth stuff
running, backwards running, sidesteps
all that.
because im having majorrr shin problems and theyve gotten worse in the past four years.
so will this help to wear them?
ok, both answers are really good..thanks [=
so yeah its too hard to pick a best answer…so ima let someone else do it k. haha
Wearing tennis shoes optimize preformance (accelerate, balance+feel of the ground), comfort and alot of them have different technologies. These things can help you play tennis a little bit better to a certain extent and are good to play with for a lower chance of injury.
But as for helping to improve/comfort your shin problem, it would not really be much of a help. It is slightly better to wear them but its even better to do this:
You should consult a doctor and take time for recovery (lots of rest maybe some meds and orthepedic shoes wud help alot) Make sure your shoes fit you and you tie them on properly, most athletes get shin problems from simple things like that.
Good luck and hope your shin problems go away.
