What are the best or better tennis shoes for people with flat feet? I currently wear Adidas Barricade IVs.?
I find the Barricades tend to be quite heavy during play and don’t provide the best cushioning.
I think you need some orthopedic inserts. Most tennis shoes are not built for wide or flat feet. And the cushioning are not very good in the Barricade IV or Vs. The Barricade II actually have better cushioning built in, in my opinion. The Kswiss Ascendors also have better cushioning. Still, I think orthopedic inserts are the way to go for flat feet. You might even consider wider shoes. The New Balance CT1003/1004 come in wide sizes. Prince and Kswiss also make shoes that are more generous in shoe width. Good luck!
