How do you rotate serves in doubles table tennis?
The official rules state that the partner of the previous server becomes the receiver while the previous receiver becomes the new server. If this is the case, then you will always serve to the same person and will never serve to their partner. Why would this be the case?
The rules state in that way and it is also possible to rotate serve to their partner by cross court shots and then the upperhand shots would give you an opportunity to rotate the serve to their partner.
