What are my chances of becoming a professional tennis player?
I am 13 years old. I train 4 days a week for 2 to 4 hours each day. I have a personal coach and I train with him once a week. My team and I have won a grad final in local tennis club competitions and the furthest I’ve gone in a tournament is semi- finals. What are the chances of me become professional.
Congratulations. The key is going to be day-to-day workouts on Tennis and general physical toning. I don’t coach tennis anymore, but when I did, I encouraged physical training as much as training on tennis technique. 5 days a week: running, lifting, other work outs are just as key.
