I have a question about my tennis skill?
So, im on the tennis team and i practice a pretty good amount with my other teammates. But, in the winter for a week im going away on vacation to a tropical resort where i know they will have tennis courts. So, is having that one week practice time over my other teammates good? Because this year i want to try and make a singles spot and i know i can. and since it will be cold back home, nobody will really be playing
Honestly, I dont think its worth spending your entire vacation on. If you have the time, definitely spend maybe an hour or so playing or practicing. Dont spend the entire vacation practicing just so you can get an edge over your teammates!
Since its cold back home you can still be jogging, lifting weights, indoor exercising and etc.
