on the tennis page of bbc.co.uk(sorry i don’t have the URL at hand at the mo)there is an article regarding mauresmo’s play at the moment and was quoted as saying in l’equipe magazine in france that she has had it in the back of her mind….and that she would love to continue if she could basically garner the motivation. and after the loss in doha last week she admitted that all she kept thinking was that she would rather be elsewhere.

does this mean anything at all or is she just a bit depressed at the moment? seems alot players have gone through this…justine when going through that mononucleosis,jankovic in 06….so i dunno if want to read too much into it. honestly,if she did i would immensely sad….i don’t think i could even watch tennis anymore if she left at this juncture. it would be too depressing….after kim leaving then amelie….having two of the kindest,most genuine players not play anymore.
