I need help with these Tennis Terms?
So I was watching a tennis match and I do not understand these terms:
Angle Shot
Choke Grip
Earned Point
Rush
Do you think you could give me a definition for each of them?
Sure thing.
Angle shot- shot hit which usually lands near the sides of the alley near the service line of the tennis court.
Choke grip-gripping or holding the racquet near the top of the handle
Earned point-point earned by a player due to the error of the other player.
Rush-term used to refer to someone rushing or moving up to the net to take the shot as a volley.
Hope these definitions gave you some insight on what the words mean.
